Three boxes are sweeping Welvet train modes under live load. This page explains what Lucy and LPD mean, and whether the farm is up — then hands you the live ocean board (proxied over this site).
Is testing running?
Ocean polls each node’s Tide Lucy dash (:8080). If tides answer, the farm is live.
What we are looking for
Not “highest accuracy in a lab vacuum.” We want a net that learns while it still serves, then how far that live-fit can shrink into a small RAM box without falling into a trap.
Acc
Hard argmax accuracy — did it actually learn? The Acc champion is the RAM reference for density.
Throughput
Outputs per second while the sweep is live. Actions under load, not a frozen train loop.
Availability
InferMs / (InferMs + TrainMs). Duty cycle: can you still talk to the model while it trains? SGD that blocks serve dies here.

Tide, ocean, and test51
Tide is the open-source serve+train framework (github.com/openfluke/tide).
This website imports it and runs ocean mode — a tide-of-tides that does not train;
it polls each node’s Lucy board and consolidates winners.
